Primary responsibilities

The Project Manager manages local and International project implementations of the BWise product suite (The BWise suite consists of Risk & Compliance, SOX/Tabaksblatt/COSO/Cobit solution, Process Management, Board & Entity management, Internal Audit functionality), satisfactory to the customer and BWise, within determined budget and time, leading to acceptance by customer and a satisfied business owner.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and steer projects
• Act as a sparring partner with (Senior) Management on GRC solutions
• Oversees technical and functional implementation requirements
• Deliver functional, technical or project information to the internal organisation
• Spot and follow-up business opportunities, in order to generate business

Requirements

Department: R&D 

Primary responsibility

For expanding our test department we are looking for 3 ambitious junior functional testers. Your main responsibility will be to examine whether existing and new functionalities within our GRC software are working in accordance with the requirements. For this you will be involved in creating and maintaining functional test specifications/ scripts and conducting functional tests. You will be testing at a system/ UAT level. These tests will consist of manual tests and automated tests (Fitnesse).

We are looking for junior testers with preferable an ISTQB/ ISEB certification. They will be working in  AGILE teams.

In this function the junior testers will report directly to the test-manager.

Primary responsibility

As a Pre Sales Consultant you will be responsible for our pre sales and consultant supporting initiatives in the UK market. You will be expected  to work with our clients to understand their GRC requirements and discuss these at a professional and senior level. You will understand and communicate best practice approaches  and demonstrate how this may help streamline risk management and compliance practices. In addition you will interview existing customers, perform account management functions, and demonstrate our solutions to prospects and customers. In addition you will work closely with the product management team to keep them abreast of UK specific market requirements and developments.

Reporting

You will be working with our account managers on a day to day basis. You will report to the Sales Director UK, with an additional dotted line to our EMEA Business Analyst Manager and you will participate in the world wide platform under leadership of our CTO, Luc Brandts.

Location

BWise is rapidly growing, and expanding its EMEA Sales team. The BWise headquarters is in The Netherlands. You need to have the ability to work from your home office or from our UK office, which is located in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Primary responsibility

The technical consultant takes care of proper installation of the BWise software on the customer infrastructure, configures software integration and handles data conversions and maintenance if necessary in order to integrate the BWise software in the network and application environment of the customer.

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales of software and services (Preferably a GRC background or related field of expertise)
• Native German speaking and fluent in English
• Familiar with the Miller Heinman sales methodology is a plus
• Experience in complex and multi-level sales cycles to large enterprises
• Customer network in the banking and insurance industry is preferred
• Preferably located in the Frankfurt or Munich area

The Product Consultant implements and configures the BWise software, within the boundaries of the project plan, according to specified requirements and following the BWise way of work and best practices, in order to achieve a smooth working application which satisfies customer requirements.

Location

BWise is rapidly growing in the US and Canada, and expanding its North American team. The North American headquarters is in New York, NY. You will have the ability to work in a virtual office or work at BWise’s New York office. The position should assume 40-50% overnight or regional travel.

• Minimum two years of consulting experience for Fortune 500 companies
• Willingness to travel within the US but also worldwide

Primary responsibility

The Product Consultant CCM is responsible for implementing our BWise suite and has specific focus to implement our BWise Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) & Audit Analytics software suite at the customer site. Besides implementing and configuring our standard BWise software, you will be working on defining and developing rules (SQL analysis) on ERP software (like SAP or Lawson).

• Assists the Business consultant or Lead consultant during customer workshops to define the detailed product requirements
• Identifies relevant business rules and is able to define technical requirements for these rules
• Is able to build and test the developed business rules
• Configures and customizes the BWise software, in an effective manner, within the boundaries of the project plan and the agreed functional requirements and conform the BWise way of work and best practices, to ensure smooth application and fully implemented functional requirements
• Prepares and gives product related training to end-users and administrators, conform the BWise way of work and best practices, in order to achieve well trained users who are able to use the product
• Pro-actively gets and keeps knowledge and skills up-to-date, within the boundaries of the BWise competence model and the assigned budget in time and money, in order to be able to perform an excellent job
