Our Company values

“Within BWise we defined our 7 most important company values: innovation, sustainability, integrity, dedication, inspiration, team spirit and pride. These are the values all our employees ‘live, eat and breathe’.”

Robert Pijselman, CEO

Our employees are our most important asset. BWise employs over sixteen different nationalities in seven office locations around the world.

The typical BWise employee is highly educated, accustomed to working in an international environment with different time zones, where not everything is predefined and organized. We offer our employees a safe and stimulating environment to work in. We implemented “the new way of working” with all the flexible, time saving technologies you can think of. The Dutch are very tolerant and open minded. BWise is a perfect reflection of that.

People that apply for a job at BWise appreciate the pride that we have about our team, our company and the projects that we have successfully implemented at customers. Applicants have stressed that they want to be part of a successful company, that is recognized by analysts as a leader in the industry and that we strive to continue our success. We continue to seek these people!

Since March 2004, Robert Pijselman has been responsible for the overall management of BWise. Previously, Mr. Pijselman was  CEO of Triple P NV, an IT company in Vianen, The Netherlands. Triple P was a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ Exchange (SCM: TPPP). Mr. Pijselman has also managed and directed several other companies in the Telecom and IT fields. In addition, Mr. Pijselman spent more than eight years at Active Voice, that he founded, a market leader in voice processing systems. That company was successfully acquired by Cisco in 2001. He graduated from the Haarlem Business School in 1989.-

Luc Brandts, CTO

Are you interested to learn more about BWise? I am more than happy to share my thoughts on who we are and what we stand for. Ever since we started BWise back in 1994, I have enjoyed thinking about new ways of doing things, creating clever stuff that is better than the rest. I now need to use a buzzword here, innovation, to make sure Search Engines find this page properly, but in the end it is all about creativity and energy. My personal idea about a great job is that at the end of the day you need to be able to say you made a difference; a difference in a person, with a product, for a customer and in a project.     I believe that is what we offer in every job at BWise. Different roles, different perspectives, but all with the same goal: conquering the world by being the very best in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, and having fun while doing it.

Luc Brandts is responsible for managing the development of BWise products and the company’s vision. In his previous career as a business consultant, he managed projects in information technology, systems implementation, change management and business process optimization. His experience extends to industries that include financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications and government. Mr. Brandts graduated with honors from Eindhoven University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering focused on systems design and optimization. He obtained his PH.D. Doctoral thesis on the Methodical Design of Industrial Systems as an assistant professor at the Eindhoven University of Technology.
